Missing Players and team news:
Lithuania did well only to lose 1-0 to Switzerland at the weekend, particularly as they conceded in the first two minutes. Valdas Urbonas may decide to keep things fairly similar for the welcome of Italy as a result. Marynas Dapkus was at fault for the only goal they conceded against Lithuania and might be replaced in midfield as a result. Roberto Mancini is expected to keep things fresh for Wednesday’s trip to Lithuania and make more changes. Federico Bernardeschi may get a chance in attack here after a positive impact off the bench at the weekend. Both Ciro Immobile and Andrea Belotti have scored during the break but the former may be recalled here. Marco Verratti and Alessandro Florenzi have both returned to Paris Saint-Germain with minor injuries. Giovanni Di Lorenzo, Alessandro Bastoni, Emerson and Lorenzo Pellegrini will all hope to feature here. Vincenzo Grifo will not travel with the squad due to travel restrictions imposed by Germany, where he plays his club football.
