Missing Players and team news:

Chelsea will have to make do without Mateo Kovacic, who is sidelined with a hamstring injury. Mason Mount, Christian Pulisic and Kai Havertz appears to be Thomas Tuchel’s preferred front three at present. Andreas Christensen was playing so well before Thiago Silva returned from suspension and will hope to reclaim his place in the side here. Kepa Arrizabalaga started recent FA Cup matches and will expect to face Manchester City on Saturday. Ben Chilwell and Marcos Alonso are in competition to start at left wing-back at Wembley. Pep Guardiola is expected to make changes from the side that came from behind to win in Dortmund on Wednesday. Aymeric Laporte returned to the matchday squad in midweek and could rotate into the side here at John Stones’ expense. Joao Cancelo was surprisingly an unused substitute against Dortmund but will surely start here. Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus will hope to benefit from any changes in attack, while Sergio Aguero looks set to miss out against Chelsea, whom he has been linked to. Zack Steffen will hope to continue in goal but it wouldn’t be a surprise if Guardiola turns to No.1 Ederson on Saturday.
